Steven Siegler, Esq.

Steven Siegler is the founder and managing partner of Siegler Law Firm, P.C., where he focuses on employment law, commercial litigation, and dispute resolution. With over two decades of legal experience, Mr. Siegler represents both employees and employers in a wide range of workplace matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, and non-compete issues. He also advises and litigates on behalf of businesses in commercial and shareholder disputes, contract claims, and partnership dissolutions.

Throughout his career, Mr. Siegler has built a reputation for clear communication, thorough preparation, and strong advocacy. He has successfully handled complex civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Siegler is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. In addition to his legal work, he is the founder of Harborside Mediation, a separate practice focused on resolving civil disputes through neutral, cost-effective mediation.

He is admitted to practice in:

  • New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey

  • New York and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York

  • Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania

A graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and Rutgers University, Mr. Siegler brings not only legal acumen, but also creativity and empathy to his practice. He is an active volunteer with the New York City Bar Chorus and proud father of three.
